Alamite Hotel to Hold Two Restaurants Set to Open in September

The brand-new Alamite Hotel will bring two new restaurant concepts to downtown Tuscaloosa that promise to offer French-styled fine dining downstairs and a casual indoor and outdoor rooftop lounge, both of which are set to open in mid-September. According to a release from representatives of the brand, Forté: Cuts and Cocktails will offer "a French Brasserie-meets-steakhouse inspired menu," with dishes, including steak au poivre, beef bourguignon and steakhouse signatures including house dry-aged ribeye and filet mignon cuts.
